Bill Compton, the old-fashioned, dark, 135 year-old former Confederate vampire, underling to Eric Northman, the Sheriff of Area 5, was turned shortly after serving in the Civil War. His family lived in Bon Temps, Louisiana, right across from the Stackhouse's residence. Bill's coffin represents life at the time of the civil war. He is a very level-headed and practical fellow, so his personal tastes still haven't changed. Even his old-fashioned ways with women!

Hand painted and glossed to resembled the Early American wood available during Bill's time, this wooden coffin trinket box boasts a hand-trimmed, Confederate-gray wool interior with rivet details.
